Job summary

Lynx Beleggen is seeking four Data Analysts to join one of our core squads in Amsterdam. You will own the full lifecycle of data-driven discovery, from connecting data to deploying solutions, helping improve onboarding, lead conversion, and client experience.

In this role you will build dashboards and models, partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams, and translate complex business questions into actionable insights that drive growth and protection for

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with advanced querying capabilities.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data discovery including sourcing, exploring, modeling, and deploying solutions.
• Translate business problems into data-driven insights and measurable impact.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
• Support experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across outputs.
• Contribute to squad goals like onboarding, conversion, loyalty, churn reduction, or compliance.
