You will lead reporting, close, budgeting, and analysis while partnering with teams across the organization and driving improvements in processes and systems. This onsite, full‑time role offers 36–40 hours per week in Groningen, The Netherlands, with career development in a growing global pharma/biotech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Broad knowledge of financial control, reporting, planning, audits, and Dutch statutory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, analytical approach with leadership potential and interest in technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, tax requirements, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Provide financial insights to senior management and partner with teams across QPS.
• Coach Finance team members and drive improvements in processes, systems, and automation.
