Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Broad knowledge of financial control, reporting, planning, audits, and Dutch statutory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, analytical approach with leadership potential and interest in technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

This is a broad, hands-on role for an experienced finance professional who wants to combine financial control, business partnering, and people leadership within an international CRO.

What you’ll do:

• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support statutory reporting, audits, tax requirements, cash flow, and financial controls
• Provide financial insights to senior management and partner with teams across QPS
• Coach Finance team members and help drive improvements in processes, systems, and automation
