Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Amsterdam seeks a Strategic Business Controller & Business Control Manager to partner with OpCo leadership, drive planning cycles, and strengthen financial governance. You will lead a team of controllers, challenge performance, and enable value creation across Europe and beyond.

With 5–10 years in finance, FMCG experience, and fluency in English, you will influence senior stakeholders and translate data into business actions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a finance or business field.
• 5–10 years' finance experience in FMCG or international environments.
• Experience with SAP, P50, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to the OpCo Management Team with actionable insights.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes across the business.
• Drive governance, risk assessment, and financial excellence across the organization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Controllers.
