Job summary

Heineken is seeking a Strategic Business Controller & Business Control Manager in Amsterdam. You will partner with OpCo leadership, drive planning and performance management, and strengthen financial governance across Europe’s export & GDF functions.

You will lead a team of Business Controllers, deliver actionable management reporting, and ensure strict financial stewardship while enabling fact-based decisions aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
5-10 years of finance experience, ideally FMCG or international environment.
Strong understanding of financial planning, governance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to OpCo Management Team with strategic insights.
Lead annual planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes.
Own governance calendar and performance review cycles; ensure financial discipline.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Controllers; foster collaboration.
