Job summary

Nestlé Netherlands in Nunspeet seeks a skilled Factory Controller to guide financial decisions for a multi-line factory with 331 SKUs and 100 export markets. You will partner with the Factory Manager and Leadership Team to steer cost performance, CAPEX evaluations, and robust financial governance.

The role demands a master’s degree, 10–15 years of finance experience, and leadership with fluency in English; SAP S/4HANA and Excel are essential tools.

Qualifications

• A relevant university-level master’s degree.
• 10 to 15 years of Finance experience.
• Experience in factory costing and business controlling.
• Advanced financial analysis skills with large datasets.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, controls, compliance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Leadership and coaching with proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4HANA; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance partner to the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Team, providing clear financial insights and supporting day-to-day and long-term business decisions.
• Drive factory cost performance by challenging assumptions, identifying and validating savings opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the factory’s budgeting, forecasting and business-planning processes, creating transparency and accountability around financial targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and period-end closing in line with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Maintain strong governance and internal controls, ensure audit readiness and compliance with relevant requirements, and lead the financial evaluation of CAPEX projects and investment proposals.
• Lead, coach and develop the factory finance team while improving financial understanding, processes, systems, reporting, data quality and digital capabilities across the factory.
