Job summary

Nestlé Nederland BV in Nunspeet is seeking a Factory Controller to align financial insight with operational reality across 10 production lines and 331 SKUs. You will partner with the Factory Manager and Leadership Team to drive performance and long-term value creation.

The role requires leadership in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, with strong expertise in factory costing, controls and SAP S/4HANA. Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to the Factory Manager and Leadership Team, guiding day-to-day and long-term decisions
• Drive factory cost performance by challenging assumptions and identifying savings opportunities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes with transparency and accountability
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and period-end closing in line with Nestlé standards
• Maintain governance and internal controls, ensure audit readiness and CAPEX evaluation
• Lead, coach and develop the factory finance team and improve reporting and data quality
