Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Factory Finance & Control Manager for our Almere plant. You will steer financial governance, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with the Factory Manager and Leadership Team to drive cost efficiency and strategic investments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP experience, and fluency in English, with Dutch language as a plus. You will lead a small finance team and collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting/finance experience, including costing, budgeting or forecasting.
• Experience in factory or supply chain environment; SAP experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory budgeting, forecasting, and simulations with the management team.
• Deliver timely reporting, analyze variances and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Identify cost improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead CAPEX reviews and post-investment evaluations for strategic decisions.
• Ensure internal controls, audits, and governance across the factory.
