Zusammenfassung

Nestlé Nederland BV in Almere is seeking a Factory Finance & Control Manager for a 39-hour week. You will act as financial steward for the Almere factory, partnering with Factory Management to drive planning, governance and forward-looking analysis.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost improvement initiatives, while coaching the factory finance team and non-finance stakeholders to strengthen financial awareness across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience, including costing, accounts payable, budgeting or forecasting.
• Experience in a factory or supply chain environment; FMCG and SAP is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into practical business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience in SAP environments and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Fluency in English; speaking Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the factory budgeting, forecasting and simulations in partnership with the Factory Management Team.
• Deliver accurate reporting, analyze variances and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Identify cost improvements, validate savings and support continuous improvement and NCE initiatives.
• Lead financial evaluations for CAPEX and post-investment reviews.
• Ensure strong internal controls, SOD/IC processes, and coordinate audits.
• Coach the factory finance team and broader factory team on financial awareness.
