Job summary

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Hoofddorp, NL is seeking a Demand Planner to own sales forecasting for our dermocosmetics brands, ensuring product availability for consumers.

You will lead S&OP and forecasting across short, medium, and long-term horizons, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align launches and promotions, and analyze SKU-level forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

A Day in the Life

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead the sales forecasting process for our active dermocosmetics brands (CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals), ensuring product availability for our consumers.

• S&OP & Forecasting: Lead and coordinate short, medium, and long-term sales forecasts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to challenge and align launch and promotion forecasts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze structural deviations, manage SKU-level forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.

We Are Looking For

An analytical, proactive collaborator with a Master’s degree, fluent in Dutch and English, and advanced Excel skills. We value your potential to grow and align with our values.
