Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Data & AI Lead who bridges proposition strategy with customer execution. You will translate client data challenges into standardized data and AI solutions, accelerate sales cycles with technical depth, and ensure proposals are both desirable and deliverable.

In collaboration with Sales Directors and the Data & AI Ambassador, you’ll shape go-to-market narratives, design reusable assets, and guide pre-sales activities from qualification

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering, data platform development, analytics, ML or AI implementation in enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of data architectures (data lakes, data warehouses, streaming platforms), AI/ML platforms, cloud data services.
• Experience designing data/AI solutions with reusable components and platform capabilities.
• Ability to discuss technical patterns, data integration, AI deployment, governance and regulatory considerations with customers.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication; able to engage technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and enable sales with cross-sell and upsell strategies.
• Co-create solution designs and support RfP responses and demos.
• Manage proposition roadmaps and capture feedback for market and product teams.
• Engage with customers as a trusted technical advisor on data architectures and AI platforms.
• Develop templates and reusable assets to scale data and AI services.
