Job summary

Schuberg Philis in the Netherlands seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to advance our data-driven decision making. You will connect business questions with data, build data models, write SQL and create dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, while exploring AI-driven productivity gains.

Collaborating with data engineers and domain experts across finance, audit, sales and operations, you’ll own parts of the BI landscape, plan your work, and continuously improve our analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience turning business questions into technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Proficient SQL and data modelling.
• Familiarity with AI-driven BI enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Turn business processes and system logic into data models.
• Implement those models in SQL.
• Build dashboards in Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers, from requirements to insights.
• Plan and manage your own work and contribute to BI improvements.
