Job summary

Levy Professionals is recruiting a Senior Cyber Security Strategic Lead for a major bank. You will own the Fastlane onboarding governance end to end, shaping a multi-year DevOps security roadmap and acting as the trusted technical authority across governance, architecture and developer practices.

You will report to the DevOps Security leadership, work without direct people management, and drive bank-wide security standards through strategic influence and deep technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cyber security, IT, risk management or banking.
• Deep understanding of DevOps Security, app security and platform security.
• Proven ability to build and communicate a long-term technical vision.
• Strong stakeholder management in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the existing Fastlane MVP and governance decisions.
• Mature the Fastlane process into an embedded bank-wide standard.
• Define a 3-year DevOps Security vision aligned to security leadership.
• Serve as strategic sparring partner to the manager with quarterly insights.
• Raise technical discourse to a senior level across teams.
• Own and prioritise the backlog linking risk, architecture and developer behavior.
