You will define a 3-year vision, partner with stakeholders, translate cyber risks for non-experts, and influence managerial decisions in English and Dutch. This role demands strategic thinking, deep security expertise, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Cyber Security/ IT/ Risk Management/ Banking.
• Deep understanding of DevOps Security, application and platform security.
• Strong ability to connect risk, architecture and developer behaviour.
• Proven track on building and communicating long-term vision.
• Translating cyber security risks to non-experts.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication across groups.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define a 3-year DevOps Security & Issue Management vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s strategy and CISO priorities.
• Increase bank-wide DevOps Security maturity by 15%.
• Strategic sparring partner alongside the manager to provide quarterly strategic insights and proposals.
• Raise the technical discussion level within the teams and be recognised as a senior technical authority.
