Builders of Tomorrow is seeking a Corporate Construction Recruiter in Delft to proactively fill vacancies across our projects. You will advise hiring managers, build your network, use referral programs, and engage agencies when necessary, ensuring recruitment stays dynamic and aligned with the business.

You write and publish vacancies, actively approach candidates and guide them from first contact to hire, using non-traditional channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate recruitment or a similar role.
• Knowledge of or experience with target groups within the construction industry.
• Strong communication and the ability to advise and challenge hiring managers.
• Service-oriented mindset; internal customers.
• Proactive and approachable; thinks in terms of solutions.
• Enjoys engaging across different parts of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Find the right people and engage them through conversations with hiring managers.
• Write and publish vacancies and actively approach candidates.
• Advise on recruitment strategy and channels beyond standard methods.
• Build a strong network within and outside Builders of Tomorrow.
• Collaborate with OMDUS recruiters to share knowledge and coordinate efforts.
• Move recruitment forward by taking initiative and aligning with the business.
