Job summary

Initiative is Nike and Jordan Brand's media agency of record across EMEA, delivering integrated media strategy, planning, activation, measurement, and data services across 34 markets.

As a Communications Planning Manager, you will shape multi-market comms plans, manage day-to-day client contacts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery across TV, Digital, OOH, Partnerships, Print and Radio.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated planning, communications or media
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder handling
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with solid project management and attention to detail
• Collaborative, able to influence across teams and manage multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated comms strategies across multiple channels
• Lead campaign delivery and client relationships across EMEA
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including TV, Digital, OOH, Print and Radio
• Own briefs, timelines, assets, approvals and budgets
• Develop partnerships strategies and RFP responses
• Contribute to ideation and stay updated on media opportunities
