Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce or related field is required.
• Experience with CRM systems and contract management or tender processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Business Development with market, customer and competitor analyses.
• Prepare commercial intelligence reports for management.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate tender and quotation processes.
• Draft, process and administer customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Monitor contract terms and renewal dates; maintain contract administration.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
• Provide sales teams with targeted market, customer and competitor information.
