Job summary

TNO High Tech Industry in Delft is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to oversee contract management from proposal through execution, with a focus on commercial risks and practical implementation.

You will negotiate with major national and international clients, including ESA, support project teams with proposals, coordinate with Legal Counsels, and translate obligations into day-to-day practices across a complex R&D environment, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree level intellectual capability and thinking.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial contract management.
• Experience in international contracting.
• Technical affinity is an advantage.
• Affinity with intellectual property law or state aid regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management during proposal preparation and project execution.
• Identify commercial risks and ensure practical implementation of contractual terms.
• Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and support project teams through complex, high-risk work.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsels to review and draft agreements from a legal perspective.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to maintain contractual alignment across projects.
