Job summary

The Contract Manager role at TMC connects contract agreements with on-site execution on multiple sites across the Netherlands. You translate theory into practical operations, safeguard agreements, and drive risk management while accounting for travel between locations.

You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and operational managers, manage contract changes, and run trainings to enhance contract knowledge. A technical background and Dutch fluency are valued for success at TMC.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO degree, preferably with a technical background.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in the industry, or a strong affinity and eagerness to learn as a beginner in the field.
• Familiarity with contract forms such as RAW, UAV, or UAV/GC, or a willingness to quickly master them.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Dutch language).

Responsibilities

• Implement and safeguard contract agreements, translating them clearly into operations.
• Maintain close contacts with clients, subcontractors, directors, and operational managers.
• Manage and analyze contracts and contract changes.
• Organize training sessions and workshops to strengthen contract knowledge within the organization.
• Provide advice on process optimizations and assist in preventing and resolving disputes.
