Job summary

Highberg B.V. in Utrecht is looking for a Consultant Strategy & Change Management to help organizations implement effective change. You will work closely with clients to transform strategies into actionable plans, improve processes, and establish robust governance structures.

This position requires a completed Master’s degree and over 3 years of relevant experience. You will engage with senior management, utilizing your analytical skills and AI literacy to enhance organizational performance and ensure sustainable change.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, implementation, and/or change projects.
• Proven experience in improving process governance and organizational design.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical process designs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex client challenges and design process governance.
• Drive improvements in governance, KPI structures, and decision-making.
• Act as a sparring partner for senior management on organizational design.
