Job summary

Broadview, headquartered in ’s-Hertogenbosch, seeks a Business Controller to join a small, skilled control team supporting international operating companies. You will connect strategy, financial performance and operational execution while partnering with CFOs across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Business Control, FP&A, Transaction Services, Performance Management or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Affinity with manufacturing, industrial or commercial businesses.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to multiple international operating companies and their local CFOs.
• Coordinate the monthly reporting cycle, quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting process.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and identify profitability improvement opportunities.
• Challenge management teams through data-driven analyses and strategic insights.
• Support investment decisions, business cases and capital allocation across the portfolio.
• Contribute to M&A activities, due diligence and post-merger integration projects.
• Perform cross-company benchmarking and identify cross-functional improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships across the international organisation through on-site collaboration with operating companies.
