Job summary

Ultimo, part of IFS, seeks a Senior Account Executive – Strategic Accounts to expand existing install base in Benelux across Utilities, Energy and Logistics. Dutch and English fluency required; hybrid/remote in the Netherlands.

You will own and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to drive long‑term value. This role offers autonomy, a product‑led growth environment, and the chance to shape

Qualifications

• Experience in account growth or install base sales.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales environments.
• Strong account planning and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing commercial accounts across Benelux.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across sites, business units, and use cases.
• Lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities end-to-end.
• Build and deepen relationships with operational leaders, maintenance teams, and decision-makers.
• Position Ultimo through value-led, consultative sales conversations.
• Drive increased adoption and long-term customer value.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams.
