Job summary

PVH Corp. in the Netherlands seeks a Store Visual Merchandising Supervisor to lead in-store presentation and shopper experience across our premium brands. You will balance daily operations with visual standards, coaching a small team and driving commercial results.

You’ll apply strong VM, styling, and brand guidelines to create compelling displays, train staff, and partner with store management to deliver exceptional customer journeys and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and visual/creative skills.
• Supervisory or specialist roles in premium or luxury brands.
• Experience managing people and resolving conflicts.
• Strong communication and ability to cultivate belonging.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and VM basics (merchandising & styling).
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operation to maximize service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product, merchandising, processes and results.
• Attend weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and promotions to staff and keep POS libraries current.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation.
• Foster a positive store experience and uphold VM standards across layout and displays.
• Train staff on product knowledge and store maintenance; ensure consistency in brand standards.
• Lead by example and manage opening/closing procedures and sales floor activities.
• Develop talent pool for key positions and successors.
• Collaborate with field VM to map floor space and plan VM executions.
