HOFF is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Amsterdam store. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales performance and bring our brand values to life in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.

We value a strong customer focus, a passion for fashion and sneakers, and leadership that inspires a team. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; a valid Netherlands work permit is required for this full-time role (38 hours).

Formación

• 2+ years in premium brand environments.
• Full-time role (38 hours per week).
• Strong customer service and sales motivation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Interest in fashion, sneakers and lifestyle trends.
• Proactive, team-player with good communication skills.
• Valid work permit for Netherlands is required.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Strategy: define sales strategies with Store Manager to hit targets and optimise processes.
• Customer Experience: ensure every customer has a memorable experience and smooth purchase journey.
• Team Coordinator: organise schedules, lead daily briefings, analyse KPIs and motivate the team.
• Operations Control: work with HQ on restocks/inventory and maintain brand standards.
