OACE Shop in Roermond is seeking an experienced Store Lead to manage daily store operations from opening to close, while keeping the bigger picture in mind to turn the pop-up into a memorable brand experience.

You will lead and motivate the team, plan shifts, ensure stock levels, and maintain a welcoming, customer-centric environment. German language skills are highly valued, with English as a bonus, reflecting our diverse customer base.

Qualificações

• Several years of retail experience, ideally in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Readiness to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Very good German; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store from opening to close — operationally on point with a bigger-picture focus.
• Plan shifts and support each team member in becoming an OACE Rep.
• Maintain stock levels, coordinate reorders, and ensure the store looks as required by OACE.
• Foster genuine customer connections and represent the brand in every interaction.
