Job summary

PINKO is seeking a Store Manager for the Roermond boutique to lead daily store operations, drive CRM initiatives, and optimize customer experience and sales performance. You will manage staff, maintain brand standards, and coordinate digital channels to boost visibility and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of premium fashion customers, and the ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grounded experience as store manager in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands.
• Deep knowledge of local customers' behaviors and needs.
• Deep knowledge of CRM tools and strategies, needed to enhance the store customers' loyalty base.
• Great knowledge of social media and their strategies to manage online sales and employer branding.
• Ability in presenting the brand to new customers and in establishing a deep loyal relationship with them.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and specified standards.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Customer-oriented, organized and with a positive/constructive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor

• Monitor KPIs and team sales performances and prepare complete reports for the Area Manager
• Deliver training / coaching sessions on product knowledge, CRM, customer service, brand presentation and visual merchandising, taking care of business guidelines

We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
