Store Manager | Fashion and Apparel | €40,000 - €45,000

Zachary Daniels is excited to be recruiting for a Store Manager for a leading retail business who are known for their wide range of products and exceptional customer service. This is a hugely progressive role where you will have the chance to develop your career internally and move towards a field support role.

As a Store Manager, you will lead your store, drive sales and ensure your team is in the best position to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities as our new Store Manager:

• Hold full responsibility for the commercial performance of the store.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager
• Drive consistently high standards across all areas of the business.
• Lead store performance using data, insight, and reporting to identify opportunities and drive results across sales, service, operations, and people metrics.
• Create a well-run, customer-focused store environment by maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, stock flow, cash handling, and compliance processes.
• Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline within the store.
