Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a leading retail business for an Assistant Manager role in Breda, Netherlands. The position offers a salary of €40,000–€45,000 per year plus benefits and room to progress toward Store Manager and potential field support roles.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager, drive sales performance, and ensure the team delivers outstanding results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Support the Store Manager with recruitment, training and onboarding.
• Help create a strong pipeline of talent and support future succession planning.
