Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager in Breda, Netherlands. In this role, you'll lead multiple stores and drive their commercial performance while managing your own store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail with proven leadership capabilities.

You will ensure high standards in operations, drive sales results, and utilize data insights to enhance performance across your team. The role comes with a performance-based bonus and support for travel expenses.

Job description

You will be a Strong Store Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career. As a Cluster Manager, you will lead stores, drive commercial performance and ensure your Store Manager team will be in the best position to deliver results!

We are keen to recruit a Cluster Manager who has a background as a high‑performing Store Manager and has exposure of leading multiple stores and locations across The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold full responsibility for the commercial performance in the stores
• Be able to drive consistently high standards across your area
• Lead the commercial performance of your area, using data, insight and reporting to identify opportunities and drive results across sales, service, operations and people metrics
• Take ownership of area performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing action plans to maximise results across your portfolio of stores
• Partner with Store Managers to strengthen commercial thinking, ensuring they confidently use tools, reporting and insight to steer priorities and deliver results
• Alongside your area role, directly manage your own store with full accountability for operational excellence and people leadership
• Create a well‑run, customer‑focused store environment by ensuring high standards in visual merchandising, stock flow, cash handling and compliance processes
