Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Store Layout Designer to develop and maintain store blueprints, optimize product placement and customer flow, and drive operational efficiency across multiple markets. You will work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Operations, and Real Estate to ensure a consistent and commercially successful store format.

The role requires knowledge of store layouts or planograms and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education in retail or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Knowledge of store layouts and planograms preferred.

As a Store Layout Designer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining store blueprints, optimizing product placement, customer flow, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with teams such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Operations, and Real Estate to ensure a consistent and commercially successful store format.

Your Profile

• Minimum MBO-level education, preferably in Retail, Retail Management, or Commercial Economics
• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Knowledge of store layouts and planograms, or a strong willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with floor or shelf planning software (e.g. JDA, Nielsen) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
