Your story

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service, with background in premium, luxury or sports being a plus.
• You have an understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
• You possess organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• You are fluent in English and have a conversational level of German.

The base salary for this position is €34,000-€37,000. Individual compensation offers will be calculated pro-rata, and may vary based on pre-determined, objective assessment criteria for the role.
