Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Stock Control Officer die verantwoordelijk is voor het bewaken van fysieke voorraad en systeemdata, het identificeren van discrepanties en het leveren van zichtbare voortgang voor het team en klanten.

Je verzamelt gegevens, maakt rapportages en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in voorraadbeheer. Vereisten: Engels, SAP, MS Office 365, Power BI is een voordeel; certificering EPT en reach truck mogelijk.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Ervaring met SAP en MS Office 365 (Power BI is een voordeel).
• EPT- en reach-truck-certificering gewenst; certificering kan via ons worden geregeld.
• Basis logistieke ervaring is een pluspunt.
• In staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken.

Responsibilities

• Controleren en rapporteren van voorraadresultaten en tekorten/overschotten oplossen.
• Toezicht houden op voorraadniveaus en systeember data bijwerken.
• Informatie verzamelen en rapportages opstellen.
• Fouten in magazijngegevens opsporen en corrigeren.
• Ondersteunen bij verbeteringen in voorraadbeheer.

Samenvatting

As a Stock Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your work helps clients receive exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. Good work!

Over de functie

As a Stock Control Officer you are responsible for monitoring both the physical stock and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear visibility of the warehouse for the team and clients. You handle stock differences, process requests, and support improvements in inventory management by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information.

• Checking and reporting inventory results, resolving shortages or surpluses


• Monitoring stock levels and updating system data


• Collecting information and preparing reports


• Detecting and correcting errors in warehouse data


• Assisting in improving inventory management

Working hours:

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00


• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, weekend work is also possible.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written


• Previous experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office 365 (knowledge of Power BI is a big advantage!)


• Experience with EPT and reach truck - we can help you get certified!


• Basic logistic experience

• Monthly gross salary: €2,721 - €2,888


• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00


• 8% holiday allowance


• 130% shift bonus from Monday to Friday, 18:00–00:00


• 150% rate on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays


• Full-time, 38–40 hours per week
