Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Warehouse Booker die zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van uitgaande zendingen. Je werkt met SAP en TMS en zorgt dat informatie over verzendingen tijdig en betrouwbaar is voor het team en de klanten.

De workdays zijn maandag tot en met vrijdag, dagdienst, met mogelijk in het weekend. Een certificering voor een elektrische palletwagen (EPT) kan via ons geregeld worden.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis en ervaring in logistiek.
• Goede beheersing van Engels in woord en geschrift.
• Vaardigheid met SAP en TMS-systemen en MS Office 365.
• Eerdere ervaring met een elektrische palletwagen (EPT) is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Scannen, sorteren en verpakken van goederen nauwkeurig en snel.
• Werken met SAP en TMS volgens vastgestelde procedures.
• Documenten en formulieren nauwkeurig invullen.
• EPT bedienen indien nodig en veiligheidsvoorschriften volgen.
• Signaleren van gevaarlijke situaties bij de supervisor.

Over de functie

As a Warehouse Booker, you play a key role in ensuring that all outbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with SAP and TMS systems to manage outgoing orders while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the warehouse. Your work provides the team and customers with reliable and timely information about shipments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Scanning, sorting, and packing goods quickly and accurately
• Working with SAP and TMS systems according to established procedures
• Completing documents and forms accurately
• Operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) when needed
• Reporting any hazardous or problematic situations in the warehouse to the supervisor

Working hours: The work takes place from Monday to Friday in day shift:

• 08:00 AM : 5:00 PM

After a few weeks, weekend work may also be possible.

• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00
