Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Logistiek Reception & Expedition Medewerker om de goederenstroom bij de ontvangst te optimaliseren. Je werkt in een druk warehouse, voert praktische en administratie taken uit en zorgt voor een efficiëntie in de processen.

Je handelt chauffeurs af, controleert leveringsdocumenten, registreert zendingen en laadt/lost vrachtwagens. Daarnaast bedien je een EPT of heftruck en houd je het magazijn ordelijk.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Computervaardigheden, bij voorkeur Office 365.
• Ervaring met het bedienen van EPT en heftruck; certificering mogelijk.
• Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen van chauffeurs, controleren van documenten, registreren van zendingen.
• Laden/ lossen van vrachtwagens en ophalen van urgente zendingen.
• Bedienen van elektrische pallettruck (EPT) en heftruck indien nodig.
• Orde bewaren en magazijn organiseren.
• Kantoorbenodigdheden voor dagelijks werk verzorgen.

As a Logistic Reception & Expedition Worker, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods receiving operations. You will be involved in both practical and administrative tasks, taking care of efficient shipment processing and keeping the warehouse organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good work!

As a Logistic Reception & Expedition Worker, you will be responsible for handling drivers, checking delivery documents, and loading and unloading trucks in the receiving department. Your work is essential for the smooth flow of goods and the proper organization of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving drivers, checking documents, and registering shipments
• Loading and unloading trucks, as well as collecting urgent shipments from other departments
• Operating electric or forklift trucks when needed
• Maintaining order and organizing the warehouse
• Taking care of office supplies needed for daily work

Working hours:The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00
