Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Stock Control Officer om toezicht te houden op voorraad en systeemgegevens. Je identificeert afwijkingen, rapporteert en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in voorraadbeheer met data-analyse.

Vereist zijn Engelse vaardigheden en ervaring met SAP en Microsoft 365; certificering voor EPT/reach truck kan geregeld worden. Een fulltime functie met ploegendiensten en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Ervaring met SAP en Microsoft 365 (Power BI is een voordeel).
• Ervaring met EPT en reach truck; certificering mogelijk via werkgever.
• Basis logistieke ervaring en zelfstandig, nauwkeurig kunnen werken.

Responsibilities

• Toezicht houden op fysieke voorraad en systeemregistraties.
• Prijsverschillen identificeren en meldingen verzorgen.
• Voorraadniveaus controleren en data in systemen bijwerken.
• Fouten in magazijngegevens opsporen en corrigeren.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in voorraadbeheer door data te analyseren.

Samenvatting

As a Stock Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your work helps clients receive exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. Good work!

Over de functie

As a Stock Control Officer you are responsible for monitoring both the physical stock and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear visibility of the warehouse for the team and clients. You handle stock differences, process requests, and support improvements in inventory management by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information.

• Checking and reporting inventory results, resolving shortages or surpluses
• Monitoring stock levels and updating system data
• Collecting information and preparing reports
• Detecting and correcting errors in warehouse data
• Assisting in improving inventory management

Working hours:

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, weekend work is also possible.

• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00
• 8% holiday allowance
