Cleo is building the world's first AI financial assistant. We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to sit within Core Experience, shaping platform UX, information architecture, and the design system. You will define philosophy and future direction, mentoring teams and aligning with executives on product roadmap.

You’ll balance craft with scale, advocate for AI-native interaction, and drive cross-company architecture that reduces financial complexity for users.
