Nextens is seeking a Product/UX Designer for its AI team. You will shape end-to-end experiences for AI-powered tax, accounting, and finance products, conducting customer discovery and turning insights into intuitive UX.

You will prototype rapidly, test with customers, and iterate with cross-functional partners to ensure trusted, usable AI-enabled solutions. You will translate complex professional workflows into clean interfaces, design onboarding and UX copy, and help the team learn from

Qualifications

Strong product, UX and interaction design fundamentals.
Customer discovery and research are core to the role.
Ability to convert rough ideas into testable prototypes.
Experience using AI in your own work and with AI tools.
Interest in designing products where AI is central to the experience.
Ability to simplify complex domains for professional users.
Comfort designing for professional, B2B software.

Responsabilités

Design end-to-end experiences for AI-powered products in tax, accounting and finance.
Conduct customer discovery and UX research to understand problems and needs.
Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
Rapidly prototype and test new concepts, including AI-assisted tools.
Iterate with customers based on feedback and data.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and subject-matter experts.
Create onboarding, UX copy and interaction patterns for complex features.
Facilitate workshops and communicate design thinking to the team.
