Job Summary

Supermicro seeks a (Sr.) Solution Product Manager to help sales grow business in multiple vertical markets across EMEA. The role involves building ecosystem partnerships with suppliers, collaborating with sales teams, and engaging directly with customers to provide comprehensive solutions and go‑to‑market plans for Supermicro’s core product family.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze market and business trends, developing tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and address the requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases, considering evolving deployment considerations.
• Accelerate time‑to‑market for new product training for customers, working closely with customers to define and refine product specifications, and partnering with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to provide feedback to engineers and influence platform portfolio strategy.
• Build superior customer‑service relationships, working with sales teams to close deals.
• Develop an ecosystem with partners and maintain vendor‑supplier relationships to grow business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (EE/CS) or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of product management experience, with strong commercial awareness and ability to influence customers.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Solution knowledge in data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, and networking.
• In‑depth knowledge of server, storage, and data‑center products with strong business acumen to penetrate and grow new opportunities in Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate, influence, and build complex relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Self‑motivated, focused on achieving and measuring established goals.
• Capability to act as a technical advisor, providing market and technology trend analysis.
