Job summary

Workday is seeking a Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultant to apply deep product knowledge and industry experience to the sales process. You will partner with Account Executives to explore client environments, deliver impactful presentations, and demonstrate how Workday’s applications address requirements and create value.

As part of the Solution Consulting team, you’ll engage in discovery, tailor demonstrations, and support the path from qualification to closure while building

• 3+ years in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / HR role.
• 3+ years functional HR knowledge in talent acquisition, development or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales by addressing questions about our solution, services and training.
• Contribute to qualification of prospects, demonstration criteria, POC builds and closure plans.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives through events and content.
• Assist in RFIs/RFPs, product scoping, integrations, and implementation timelines.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.

About The Role

Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants leverage their in-depth product knowledge of Workday’s HCM enterprise software and industry knowledge to provide deep functional expertise throughout the sales process.

Working as part of the Solution Consulting team, individual Solution Consultants partner with Account Executives to engage in discovery around an organisation's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how Workday’s applications can address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value.

Responsibilities

• The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
• Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
• Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives such as webinars, seminars, content creation and live industry events.
• Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs, product scoping, integrations, customizations and implementation timelines.
• Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process
• Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge of HCM, Tech and AI through the learning opportunities provided by Workday

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / HR role
• 3+ Years functional experience/ knowledge in HR domains such as talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee listening and/or for example strategic workforce planning

Other Qualifications

• A solid understanding and interest in Cloud-based SaaS solutions and AI innovations (tech savvy and like to geek in on the latest and greatest developments)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc. Primary Location Base Pay Range: €72,300 EUR - €108,500 EUR Netherlands
