Position Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master HR Agile Release Train to join our leading client's team! The HR ART supports HR processes through integrated systems like Workday. You’ll be part of the IT Enabling Functions Service Delivery for Corporate department, reporting to the IT Group Lead for HR and Corporate Hub.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum rituals and ensure disciplined execution
• Maintain transparency on team performance, risks and progress (metrics)
• Ensure quality of administration in agile tools like Jira and Jira Align
• Prepare and support ART rituals like Program Increment Planning Events
• Contribute to team and ART-wide improvements
• Coach teams on agile practices and self-organization
• Product Owners and Developers in your teams, onsite and offshore
• Release Train Engineer and other Scrum Masters in the ART
• Chief Product Owner and System Architect
• Agile Competence Center
• External stakeholders of your teams

Compensation & Benefits

• A market‑based and competitive salary (depending on technical knowledge and experience). Indication for this specific assignment: annual gross salary ±75,000 Euro (including 8% holiday pay).
