About the Role

As our Product Designer, you’ll be pivotal in shaping how users experience Workwize. You’ll collaborate closely with a Product Manager to discover and define great product solutions, leveraging user‑centric design, data‑driven insights, and a relentless focus on delivering value. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of IT managers worldwide—transforming complex workflows into intuitive, frictionless experiences.

What will you do?

• Lead Feature Discovery and Design for the Workwize application: Take end‑to‑end ownership of the discovery and design process, from concept to implementing designs that make impact.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to create user‑first solutions.
• Collaborate Closely: Work in a cross‑functional team alongside a product manager, developers, stakeholders, and other team members to create seamless workflows.
• Evolve the Design System: Maintain and expand Workwize’s design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle intricate workflows and application use cases to meet customer needs for an innovative SaaS product which doesn’t exist yet.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least +5 years of experience as Product Designer.
• Expertise in UX/UI design tools in Figma and prototyping.
• A stellar Portfolio that demonstrates user‑focused design solutions, clear processes, and innovative thinking.
• Able to articulate design decisions, gather feedback, and guide stakeholders through the design journey.
• Adept at balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
