Job summary

Workwize ищет старшего дизайнера продукта, который возглавит стратегию дизайна, развивает систему дизайна и устанавливает принципы работы для нескольких команд. Ваша работа — усилить качество дизайна и бренда, направлять крупные проекты и задавать стандартный подход к дизайну.

Вы будете работать в гибридном формате, сотрудничать с Product и Engineering, продвигать AI-native подходы и влиять на направление дизайна на уровне всей организации.

Qualifications

• 10+ лет в дизайне продуктов, включая опыт на уровне staff или principal
• Сильное портфолио B2B-дизайна и опыт лидерства в исследованиях

Responsibilities

Workwize provides an automated SaaS platform that helps IT teams equip remote and global teams with IT equipment. The platform simplifies hardware deployment, management, and retrieval, with deliveries in over 100 countries.

Design the company’s most strategic work, starting with its agentic experience Drive the design system to completion and full adoption, owning its standards and principles Set design direction and standards across the product organization through critique and clear principles Improve the team’s craft through critique, mentorship, and pairing Define design direction across complex, multi-team product areas and identify high-leverage opportunities Lead the move to AI-native workflows, using emerging tools to speed up concept-to-production and define new ways of working Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to make fast decisions, ship with urgency, and advocate for customers

Требования

10+ Years of product design experience, including meaningful time at staff or principal level or equivalent scope A strong portfolio of B2B product work and a track record of leading discovery and research Exceptional craft, creativity, and taste, consistently producing work that advances product quality and brand A proven track record of leading high-impact product work across complex, multi-team problem spaces, with strong product judgment and influence over strategy and direction A history of raising others’ craft through critique, mentorship, and design leadership without formal authority Ability to set standards and principles that improve design quality across the product organization Ability to think from first principles rather than only applying standard UX processes Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly and influence without managing Experience working closely with engineering and using emerging AI-native tools to evolve how products are built Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
