Job summary

GloPros in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape user interactions, collaborating with a Product Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

You will lead the design process from concept to execution, conduct user interviews and usability tests, grow our design system, and advocate for accessibility and human-centered design. This role requires strong communication and a passion for scalable, elegant solutions as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of designing scalable, accessible solutions by default.
• Comfort in lean and agile collaborative environments (startups, product teams, agencies).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience with Figma and development of design systems.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to peers and stakeholders, considering feasibility and business objectives.
• Proven track record of crafting focused design solutions addressing real user challenges.
• Passion for human-centered design, accessibility, and evolving design systems and visual language.
• Interest in mentoring fellow designers and fostering an inclusive, collaborative design culture.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping the way users interact with our product. Collaborating closely with a Product Manager, you will leverage user-centered design practices and data to create impactful solutions that deliver real value. Your designs will simplify complex workflows, enabling IT managers to perform their jobs more efficiently and intuitively.

• Owning the design process from concept to execution, delivering features that have a tangible impact on users.

• Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, stakeholders, and teammates to create seamless workflows.
• Growing and maintaining our design system to ensure scalability and consistency as the company expands.
• Navigating complex workflows and edge cases to address customer needs in a product category that is continuously evolving.

What We\'re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, preferably within fast-paced SaaS companies, working in close alignment with engineers and PMs.
• A strong understanding of designing scalable, accessible solutions by default.
• Comfort in lean and agile collaborative environments, such as startups, product teams, agencies, or studios.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience with Figma and the development of design systems.
• The ability to articulate design decisions to peers and stakeholders, while remaining attentive to technical feasibility and business objectives.
• A proven track record of crafting focused solutions that directly address real user challenges.
• A passion for advancing human-centered design principles, best practices, and accessibility standards throughout the team.
