Job summary

Genpact in the Netherlands is seeking a Sr. Associate in HRO to manage the employee lifecycle. This role will coordinate onboarding, evaluations, benefits, and offboarding within a hybrid, Netherlands-based setup.

You will work on maintaining strong employee relations, tracking development programs, and ensuring compliant HR processes across the organization, aligned with Genpact's global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance; master's in business administration or analytics preferred.
• Dutch language proficiency required at C2 level.
• Experience with HR processes like onboarding, performance reviews, benefits and leave management.
