Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management to join our global HR operations team.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage performance evaluations, administer benefits, address employee relations, and oversee training and offboarding to ensure smooth journeys for our people. Qualifications
