Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager for North-East Netherlands. You will lead hospital and operating theatre engagement, partnering with surgeons and OR teams while driving growth in the Sports Medicine portfolio.

You will analyze opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and manage tenders and forecasts to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. A hybrid working model is available for most professional roles, with extensive travel and a strong customer-focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful field sales experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
• Mandatory operating theatre experience with the confidence to support surgical cases and product evaluations.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management across clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills with ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• In hospitals and operating theatres, partner with surgeons and OR teams, supporting procedures and product evaluations.
• Demonstrate the value of our Sports Medicine portfolio in real clinical settings.
• Analyse market opportunities across the territory, identify growth potential, and build strategic account plans.
• Manage opportunities, tenders and forecasts to ensure a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
