Job summary

RINA is seeking a Special Projects North Europe Business Development Manager to drive growth across Northern Europe from Rotterdam or other hubs. You will identify opportunities, lead complex proposals and coordinate cross-functional teams to win contracts for the Special Projects services portfolio.

The role focuses on innovative technologies and alternative fuels, aligning market needs with service development, and building a regional pipeline across the Marine and Industry sectors.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in Northern Europe market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor order intake pipeline.
• Lead and support on contracts, tenders and quotations.
• Develop new services for novel technologies and alternative fuels.
• Scout emerging technologies and market needs, and translate them into service concepts.
• Collaborate with departments to identify cross-selling opportunities across Marine, Energy, Certification and Industry.
