Job description

Róhe is looking for a Spatial Design & Project Coordinator to join our Amsterdam team. As we continue expanding our international presence, this role will support the development
andexecution of our physical environments - including retail stores, shop-in-shops, showroom and pop-up spaces.

Working closely with the Founder and Marketing/Brand Director, you will help translate Róhe’s spatial vision into well-executed, highly considered environments.
You will coordinate projects, prepare layouts and presentations, source furniture and objects, manage timelines and suppliers, and ensure that every space reflects the consistency, quality and attention to detail that defines the brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone with an architectural or spatial design background who enjoys bringing ideas into physical spaces, has a strong eye for detail,
and feels comfortable working across both creative and practical tasks within a small, entrepreneurial team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and execution of Róhe retail stores, shop-in-shops, showrooms and pop-up spaces.
  • Translate spatial concepts and brand guidelines into detailed layouts, drawings and project documentation.
  • Create and update 2D floor plans and 3D visualizations to support internal planning and external partners.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, quotations, purchase orders and project administration.
  • Liaise with local architects, contractors, suppliers and furniture partners.
  • Source furniture, lighting, vintage objects, artworks and materials aligned with the Róhe world.
  • Support showroom set-ups during fashion weeks.
  • Maintain a library of drawings, supplier contacts, material references and spatial guidelines.
  • Assist with installations, styling and on-site coordination during project roll-outs.
Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in architecture, interior architecture, spatial design or retail/interior development.
  • A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Spatial Design or a related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D visualization is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, timelines and suppliers simultaneously.
  • A strong eye for proportion, materials, furniture and spatial detail, with a natural sensitivity to aesthetics and quality.
  • Comfortable translating an existing creative vision into thoughtful execution.
  • Resourceful, proactive and hands-on; you enjoy solving practical challenges and are not afraid of operational tasks.
  • Curious about architecture, interiors, design, art and objects, and motivated to continuously build and refine references.
  • Able to communicate confidently with architects, contractors, furniture brands and external partners.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with the brand, someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of a project,
from drawing a floor plan and sourcing a vintage object to coordinating installations and preparing a showroom.
You are hands-on and detail-oriented, and you take pride in creating spaces that feel refined, effortless and deeply considered.
