Telespazio Belgium is seeking a Software PA support Engineer to work at ESTEC in the Netherlands, contracted to support ESA's Software Product Assurance activities. You will assess plans, review compliance, and help ensure alignment with ECSS standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in software engineering or computer science with space background.
• Proven Software Product Assurance experience.
• Familiarity with space product assurance practices.
• Experience applying ECSS standards, RD-01 and RD-02.
• Proficient in Agile methods.
• Experience with ML model QA.
• Knowledge of big data architectures and lifecycles.
• Experience in configuration management.
• Experience with static code analysis tools.
• Knowledge of security assurance and certification.
• Experience with safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to establishing programmatic and technical software PA requirements.
• Evaluate contractor plans and specifications for PA program compliance.
• Review PA plans and compliance matrices.
• Monitor PA documentation, processes and analyses.
• Attend project/mission reviews and meetings as requested.
• Participate in reviews, CCWs, NCRs, RFWs and Software Review Boards.
• Prepare design trade-offs and reports with metrics.
• Participate in software product evaluations and process assessments.
• Establish and maintain databases to track NCRs, RFWs, action items.
