Job summary

HE Space is recruiting for a procurement and project support role based in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, to support ESA programmes with procurement actions, contracts, and financial documentation while generating reports and KPIs for programme management.

You will work autonomously in an international, multicultural environment and contribute to process improvements and new tools implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project support, administration, procurement, finance or a similar role.
• Good organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in an international and multicultural environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supporting procurement and project control activities across ESA programmes.
• Implementing and managing procurement actions, contracts and financial documentation in ESA systems.
• Monitoring workflows, approvals and procurement performance indicators.
• Maintaining procurement, geo-return and planning data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting contract management, milestone tracking and contract close-out activities.
• Producing reports, KPIs and financial analyses for programme management.
• Contributing to process optimisation and the implementation of new tools and procedures.
• Supporting manpower planning, budget monitoring and audit activities.
• Coordinating governance documentation and approval processes.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
